Job summary

Green View is seeking a Foreman to lead a 2–3 person landscape crew. You will guide daily hands-on construction, including paving, walls, grading, and planting, ensuring quality and safety compliance on each project.

You’ll plan projects, track materials and labor, and help snow removal in winter. This role rewards leadership with room to advance and competitive compensation in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in landscape construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and best practices.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to lead and motivate a crew under pressure and deadlines.
• Blueprint reading a plus.
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs regularly.

Green View is hiring a Foreman to lead a small crew (2–3 people) building patios, walls, and outdoor spaces hands‑on every day.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and coordinate a small landscape crew
• Plan out construction projects
• Make sure all work hardscapes, plantings, install meets quality standards
• Keep the crew safe and following company/safety rules
• Track materials used and hours worked
• Do hands‑on work: paver and stonework, grading, retaining walls, planting
• Help with snow and ice removal in winter
• Handle planting, pruning, mulching, and garden feature installs
• Drive and operate landscape equipment and vehicles

What you need:

• 3–5 years in landscape construction
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and best practices
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Able to lead and motivate a crew, work well under pressure and deadlines
• Blueprint reading a plus
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, clean driving record (Class C preferred)
