Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Finance Business Partnering Manager to serve as the finance leader for the Local Solutions region. You will partner with Area General Managers to guide financial strategy, budgeting, and operational performance across upper Midwest manufacturing sites.

The role oversees 1-3 finance staff, drives strategic planning, and delivers meaningful financial analyses to influence capital decisions and cost control initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field; advanced degrees (CMA/CPA) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial expertise and strategic leadership to drive site performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual strategic planning for the area.
• Analyze plant operations, variances and cost reductions; support capital allocation decisions.
• Develop reporting and business insights to improve decision making.
• Coach and mentor a small team of finance professionals (1-3).
