Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of accounting or public accounting/audit experience.
• Experience with service contracts and construction contracts, including roofing or general contracting, is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and revenue recognition principles.
• Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition and POC accounting strongly preferred.
• SOX controls and internal control processes experience.
• CPA certification in progress or CPA license is preferred.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO/PA and OneStream is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Manage accounting and financial reporting for service-based construction operations.
• Execute timely month-end and year-end close processes.
• Perform monthly controls related to percentage-of-completion revenue recognition.
• Prepare reconciliations for contract assets, WIP, and related accounts.
• Support audits with documentation and respond to audit requests.
• Identify process improvements in accounting and reporting.
