Job summary

The role will oversee day-to-day accounting, AP/AR, collections, and month-end close while collaborating with the CFO and senior leadership to balance operational execution with strategic financial oversight. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting leadership, strong GAAP knowledge, ERP proficiency, and experience in project-based or manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership or supervisory responsibility.
• Experience as Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager or similar leadership role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting best practices.
• Experience managing AP, AR, collections, general ledger, and month-end close processes.
• Proven ability to lead accounting teams while remaining hands-on with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
