Pro Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Staff Accountant / Finance Operations Specialist to support core accounting functions across accounts payable, accounts receivable, job costing, and monthly close. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, construction-focused environment and is skilled in QuickBooks Desktop.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in AP and AR processes.
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices in QuickBooks Desktop and code to jobs, cost codes, and GL accounts.
• Review credit card transactions and employee expense reports, ensure receipts and approvals.
• Assist with job cost reports and reconciliations, validate cost code/job accuracy.
