Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Ability to relocate anywhere in the country for this internship.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports project accounting and finance functions within a team-based project structure.
• Participates in month-end close processes and assists with financial reporting packages.
• Learns cost control, payroll, AP/AR, and compliance tasks for project management.
• Gathers data, prepares analysis, and helps ensure accuracy of cost and revenue reporting.
• Interacts with Operations to understand workflows and internal controls.
• Assists with cost forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis as needed.
• Maintains organized documentation and communicates clearly with stakeholders.
• Relates to general ledger activities and internal control adherence.
