Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Finance Analyst Intern to support accounting and finance functions on a project. The role includes cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and assisting with month-end close and reporting for project management.

Interns must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, maintain a 3.0+ GPA, and be willing to relocate anywhere in the United States for the internship. This is a full-time temporary position with relocation flexibility.

Qualifications

• Effective communication (oral and written) and organizational skills are required.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with Pivot Tables and V-Lookups preferred.
• Relocation willingness and strong attention to detail are important.

Responsibilities

• Supports project accounting and finance tasks; assists with cost control, payroll, A/P/A/R, and compliance.
• Participates in month-end close and assists in preparing a financial reporting package for project management.
• Communicates effectively with team members and helps ensure accurate reporting.
