Mass Electric Construction Co. in Boise, Idaho, is offering a Finance Analyst internship to learn the business management of projects ranging from $1 million to $4 billion, with exposure to forecasting and accounting practices.

The role focuses on cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, human capital management, and compliance. You'll contribute to month-end close and prepare financial reporting packages for project management.

Formación

• 0-2 years' financial/data analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or equivalent degree.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Previous internship experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, and other key Excel functions is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and other finance tasks for assigned projects.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting packages for project management.
• Learn cost and revenue components for labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracts.
• Maintain internal controls over purchasing and payment processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing documentation and cash flow implications.
• Support compliance with corporate programs and labor laws at the project level.
