Job summary

Pinnacle Contracting Services, LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor for our Charlotte Division. The Field Supervisor acts as a liaison between project managers, subcontractors and customers, coordinating scheduling, material management and quality control in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires collaboration with PMs, handling daily scheduling, site checks and customer communication, with occasional hands-on repair tasks. A strong work ethic and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong work ethic.
• Driver's license is required.
• Construction experience: 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and operate within the vision and goals set forth by the organization.
• Work with PMs to schedule on a daily basis.
• Perform jobsite checks to ensure scope of work and quality.
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors and vendors with respect to the jobs.
• Organize and manage shop materials and equipment.
• Occasional hands on work is necessary for repairs, and miscellaneous tasks.
