Job summary

Pinnacle Contracting Services, LLC is hiring a Field Supervisor for its Charlotte Division. The role serves as a liaison between project managers, subcontractors, and customers to ensure accurate, high-quality work and effective scheduling.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily schedules, site checks, and material handling, with occasional hands-on tasks. A valid driver’s license, HS diploma, and construction experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic.
• Driver's license (Required).
• Construction experience: 1 year (Preferred).
• High School diploma.
• Ability to operate skid steer and excavator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and operate within the vision and goals set forth by the organization.
• Work with PMs to schedule on a daily basis.
• Perform jobsite checks to ensure scope of work and quality.
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors and vendors with respect to the jobs.
• Organize and manage shop materials and equipment.
• Occasional hands on work is necessary for repairs, and miscellaneous tasks.
