Job summary

Pinnacle Contracting Services, LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor for our Charlotte Division. The Field Supervisor acts as a liaison between project managers, subcontractors and customers, coordinating scheduling, material management and quality control in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires collaboration with PMs, handling daily scheduling, site checks and customer communication, with occasional hands-on repair tasks. A strong work ethic and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong work ethic.
• Driver's license is required.
• Construction experience: 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and operate within the vision and goals set forth by the organization.
• Work with PMs to schedule on a daily basis.
• Perform jobsite checks to ensure scope of work and quality.
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors and vendors with respect to the jobs.
• Organize and manage shop materials and equipment.
• Occasional hands on work is necessary for repairs, and miscellaneous tasks.

We are currently hiring a Field Supervisor for our Charlotte Division.

The Field Supervisor position is a liaison between our project managers, subcontractors and our customers. This important role works closely with the project managers to ensure accuracy and quality of work performed, along with scheduling, customer service, material management, and other miscellaneous duties. This position is fast-paced and requires the ability to multitask. The Field Supervisor position includes (but is not limited to) the duties, skills and requirements stated below.

Qualifications

• Strong Work Ethic
• Drivers License (Required)
• Construction Experience: 1 Year (Preferred)
