Job summary

Pinnacle Contracting Services, LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Field Supervisor to coordinate between project managers, subcontractors, and customers, ensuring on-time, quality results. The role focuses on scheduling, site checks, material management, and responsive customer service across Residential and Multi-Family projects.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of construction experience.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability are required.
• Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Construction experience around 1 year is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and operate within the vision and goals set forth by the organization.
• Work with PMs to schedule on a daily basis.
• Perform jobsite checks to ensure scope of work and quality.
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors and vendors with respect to the jobs.
• Organize and manage shop materials and equipment.
• Occasional hands-on work for repairs and miscellaneous tasks.

The Field Supervisor position is a liason between our project managers, subcontractors and our customers. This important role works closely with the project managers to ensure accuracy and quality of work performed, along with scheduling, customer service, material management, and other miscellaneous duties. This position is fast paced and requires the ability to multitask. The Field Supervisor position includes (but is not limited to) the duties and requirements stated below.

Qualifications

• Strong Work Ethic
• Drivers License (Required)
• Construction Experience: 1 Year (Preferred)
