Job summary

Northline Roofing in Charlotte, NC seeks a Project Supervisor to oversee field execution on multiple roofing projects, coordinating with crews, the office, and customers to ensure on-time, quality outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Field Operations, you will manage safety, timelines, and communications across sites.

The role requires roofing/construction supervision experience, strong communication, travel between sites, and a valid NC driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, construction, or field supervision.
• Strong understanding of residential roofing systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a high level of accountability.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations across assigned job sites to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and standards.
• Lead and direct subcontractors and field teams, ensuring clear expectations and accountability.
• Perform jobsite inspections and ensure compliance with manufacturer specs and company standards.
• Serve as the on-site Northline Roofing representative, coordinating with homeowners and internal teams.
• Promote safety and ensure OSHA/local compliance and incident reporting when required.
• Maintain project documentation, track progress, and provide regular status updates.
