Job summary

The role focuses on scheduling, site checks, material management, and responsive customer service across Residential and Multi-Family projects.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of construction experience.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability are required.
• Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Construction experience around 1 year is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and operate within the vision and goals set forth by the organization.
• Work with PMs to schedule on a daily basis.
• Perform jobsite checks to ensure scope of work and quality.
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors and vendors with respect to the jobs.
• Organize and manage shop materials and equipment.
• Occasional hands-on work for repairs and miscellaneous tasks.
