Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and apply sound judgment to ensure quality and safety.
• Coordinate delivery and allocation of materials and equipment to support uninterrupted workflow.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and progress reports documenting project activities.
• Communicate routine updates to project leadership for timely resolution of issues.
• Participate in or lead safety meetings and site inspections to reinforce accountability.
• Support field teams in addressing routine operational issues and escalate complex matters as needed.
