Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Construction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of construction and safety experience.
• Ability to interpret and apply OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture through daily field presence and employee engagement.
• Observe work activities and coach employees on safe work practices.
• Identify hazards and support immediate corrective actions.
• Conduct site safety inspections and document findings.
• Assist with safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing training.
• Maintain project safety records and compliance documentation.
• Support compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Participate in incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project leadership to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
