Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety field experience.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead large groups and engage small crews.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safety orientations, OSHA-10/30, toolbox talks.
• Facilitate sessions aligned with onboarding and project needs.
• Reinforce critical behaviors through field observation and coaching.
• Track and report training completion in HammerTech/LMS.
