Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction safety experience or similar field safety role.
• OSHA 30 Construction Certification required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support incident prevention through field observations and inspections.
• Conduct job walks to identify hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Collaborate with superintendents and crews to support safe work planning.
• Assist with safety orientations, toolbox talks, and site-specific training.
• Track safety documentation, trainings, and corrective actions.
