Harder Mechanical Contractors is seeking a Project Safety Professional to support the application of safety standards on a fast-paced Advanced Technology project. You will collaborate with project management and field crews to plan safe work and reinforce safety expectations across the site.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of construction safety experience and OSHA 30 certification, plus strong communication skills to engage crews.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction safety experience or similar field safety role
• OSHA 30 Construction Certification
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Support application of construction safety standards and project safety expectations
• Work with project team and field supervision to ensure safe planning and execution
• Conduct field observations, job walks, and toolbox talks to reinforce safety practices
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
• Support development and review of Activity Hazard Analyses and other pre-task planning tools
• Assist with PPE assessments and verify proper use in the field
• Track safety documentation, inspections, training records, and corrective actions
