Harder Mechanical Contractors Inc is seeking a Project Safety Professional to support safety standards on our Advanced Technology project. This field-based role collaborates with project management, field supervision, and craft employees to identify hazards and reinforce safety expectations.

You will participate in incident investigations, conduct site observations, and help with pre-task planning tools. A strong safety mindset and the ability to learn are valued; OSHA 30 certification and MS

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction safety experience or equivalent field safety role.
• OSHA 30 Construction Certification required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support application of construction safety standards and project safety expectations.
• Work with project team and field supervision to ensure safe work planning.
• Conduct field observations and inspections to identify hazards.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Support safety orientations and on-site training.
• Maintain safety documentation and records.
• Assist with PPE assessments and proper use.
• Communicate safety expectations clearly to field staff.
• Support development of Activity Hazard Analysis documents.
