Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 7 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification within 6 months of hire; First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of field individuals to achieve exceptional performance and talent development.
• Oversees all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety and alignment with project specs.
• Coordinates with project managers, self-perform team, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources and manage costs.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements; fosters continuous improvement.
• Reviews daily field documentation and ensures timely reporting.
• Communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
