DPR Construction is seeking an experienced project leader in Reston, VA to manage construction project teams and deliver high-quality outcomes. The role emphasizes accountability for end-to-end delivery, risk management, and collaboration with stakeholders to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and drive safety and quality programs while managing project financials and contract administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction project professionals.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution with progress monitoring and issue resolution.
• Approves procurement of project materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Evaluates project performance and implements corrective actions.
• Reviews project documentation for compliance and reference.
• Partners with the Superintendent to implement project quality and safety programs.
