Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years administrative experience with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience interacting with clients, contractors and internal staff.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with Resident Engineers (RE), Field Engineers, and Field Inspectors.
• Participate in preconstruction and construction progress meetings.
• Establish and maintain document control on the project.
• Verify labor and DBE compliance for federally funded projects.
• Prepare contractor pay estimates and change orders for the RE.
• Review inspector daily diaries and verify quantities.
• Follow client policies and procedures.
• Communicate with client and contractor personnel.
