Job summary

You will collaborate with REs, field engineers, and inspectors, maintaining documentation and assisting with pay estimates and change orders. The role requires 3+ years of administrative experience, a HS diploma or GED, and strong communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative experience with strong communication and customer service.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Basic math and computer skills (Word, Excel).
• Valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Resident Engineers, Field Engineers, and Field Inspectors.
• Attend preconstruction and progress meetings.
• Maintain document control across the project.
• Verify labor compliance and payroll on federally funded projects.
• Prepare contractor pay estimates and change orders; support project administration.
• Review inspector diaries and quantities.
• Communicate with client and contractor personnel.
• Follow client policies and procedures.
• Work with engineers, inspectors, and project controls staff.
• Make ethical decisions regarding company resources.
