WSP USA is seeking an Early Career Mechanical Engineer to join our Tempe, AZ office. This role supports design, development, construction, testing and inspection of mechanical systems on infrastructure, building and transportation projects.

You will assist with data collection from sites, perform basic analyses, and help prepare clear documentation and specifications using digital tools and field notebooks, while learning industry standards for safety and quality.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• 0 to 1 year of relevant post-education experience is acceptable.
• Familiarity with design/build processes and applicable codes.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with collecting and analyzing data from sites, blueprints, and drawings for project development.
• Support basic professional mechanical engineering work including research and site condition inspections.
• Perform entry-level design support, load calculations, and operating strategies to ensure proper equipment installation.
• Verify site characteristics and provide technical assistance on engineering and construction issues.
• Generate documentation and specifications using drawings, electronic systems, and field logs.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies while completing assigned tasks.
