Job summary

OBR Management is hiring a Construction Field Expeditor to support field operations in Phoenix, AZ. You will coordinate materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring on-time deliveries and alignment with project needs. You will communicate across field teams, vendors, and customers to keep construction on schedule.

The role emphasizes safety, proactive problem solving, and meticulous record keeping in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license, TWIC, and OSHA awareness are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Valid TWIC card.
• Active DISA status preferred or required.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety policies.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite delivery of materials, tools, and supplies to project sites.
• Maintain communication among field personnel, project managers, superintendents, vendors, and contractors.
• Track orders, deliveries, shortages, and back orders to minimize delays.
• Verify deliveries match purchase orders and project requirements.
• Support field leadership with daily operational needs and issue resolution.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, receipts, and field documentation.
• Monitor progress and communicate potential delays to management.
• Assist in coordinating travel of personnel on-site when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and customer requirements.
• Participate in meetings and project coordination calls.
• Support inventory management and material control processes.
• Assist in workflow optimization across multiple projects.
