Job summary

Austin Commercial, part of Austin Industries, seeks an Assistant Field Office Manager for the North Texas Division to support field payroll, accounting, and office operations. You will help manage invoices, change orders, job status reports, and project administration, contributing to on-site financial controls and timely project closeouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent accounting experience is required.
• Experience in construction accounting is a plus.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Process field payroll for hourly and salaried staff with proper documentation.
• Receive and process invoices and pay requests from suppliers and subcontractors with backup.
• Monitor invoice system to ensure timely payments to subs and suppliers.
• Assist in preparing monthly job status reports and cost coding.
• Support project managers with closeout tasks and administrative duties.
