Job summary

MasTec Industrial is seeking a Sr. Project Engineer to oversee and execute project controls for a multi-discipline EPC project. You will support Sr. Project Engineer activities, monitor installed quantities, administer contracts, plan/schedule, procure, and report on project status.

You will interface with clients, engineering, subcontractors, vendors, and project management to communicate status and drive project success. This role involves up to 90% travel across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related.
• 7 plus years’ experience as a Field Engineer or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Represent professionally in client interactions.
• Provide contract-required reports (weekly, monthly, schedule).
• Champion safety plans and ensure site safety programs are followed.
• Create quantity calculations for installed materials percentage.
• Develop work plans and work packages.
• Ensure quality documentation and inspections are completed on time.
