Qualifications

• Reading construction and engineering drawings and documents.
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and quality plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to moderately complex estimating tasks including quantity take-offs, price lists, and researching costs.
• Prepare Opinions of Probable Cost of Construction (OPCC) using Timberline.
• Develop schedules and financial analyses for project reporting.
• Assist in bid-day tabulations and pre-bid activities.
• Provide project controls, QA/QC support and field/admin guidance.
