Qualifikationen

• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Perform estimating tasks including quantity take-offs and cost research.
• Prepare Opinions of Probable Cost of Construction (OPCC).
• Develop project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Coordinate materials, procurement, and subcontract management.
• Support project controls and QA/QC reporting.
• Lead field teams and assist with change management.
