Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an estimator to perform cost estimation for construction projects in Wayne, PA. You will prepare OPCCs, conduct quantity take-offs, and research labor and material costs for bids and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 3 years of related experience. Travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly to complex estimates, including OPCCs and design-build costs.
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost research for estimates.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement and field teams.
• Develop schedules and financial analyses for routine reporting.
• Assist with change management, RFIs, and submittals.
