Responsibilities

• Performs basic to moderately complex estimating tasks, including quantity take-offs and cost research.
• Utilizes Timberline to prepare Opinion of Probable Cost of Construction (OPCC).
• Researches historical data and compiles reports to guide estimates.
• Coordinates pricing with subcontractors and suppliers for bids.
• Develops or assists in purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders.
