• Utilize Timberline to prepare or assist with Opinions of Probable Cost of Construction (OPCC).
• Research historical data and compile reports to guide future estimates.
• Review pricings from PMs or procurement against OPCCs.
• Contact subcontractors and suppliers for current pricing and bidder interest.
• Participate in pre-bid walks and Bid-Day quotes.
