Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline. 3 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic to moderately complex estimating tasks including quantity take-offs and cost research.
• Prepares Opinions of Probable Cost of Construction (OPCC) using Timberline.
• Coordinates timely arrival of parts, equipment, materials with field personnel.
• Develops baseline schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs).
• Provides technical guidance and training to junior staff.
• Monitors budget and project reporting.
