Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Perform estimating tasks including quantity take-offs and cost research.
• Prepare OPCCs and design-build project estimates using Timberline.
• Review pricing from project managers and suppliers against OPCCs.
• Coordinate with project controls on scheduling and budgets.
• Develop purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders, and applications for payment.
• Assist in project meetings, pre-bid walks, and bid-day activities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff.
