Responsibilities

• Performs basic to moderately complex estimating tasks including quantity take-offs and researching costs.
• Prepares OPCCs and supports design-build projects using Timberline.
• Reviews pricing from project managers and suppliers against OPCCs.
• Develops or assists in development of purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Develops detailed baseline schedules and work breakdown structures.
