Job summary

JESCO is looking for a Territory Sales Representative in New Jersey to drive direct sales of John Deere Construction & Forestry and allied products. You will manage all sales activities from lead generation to close, focusing on long-term mutual growth with accounts.

Responsibilities include bidding, quoting, equipment demonstrations, and on-site client training. Strong communication, planning, and CRM skills are essential to succeed in this role, with base plus commission pay and travel

Qualifications

• Five years of proven outside sales experience.
• Knowledge of construction and/or industrial equipment operation and applications.
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and professional appearance.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Negotiation and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Direct sale of new, used and rental equipment to assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term growth.
• Track bid results and identify opportunities with existing accounts.
• Prepare quotes, determine customer needs and select configurations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide operation training.
• Maintain CRM records and submit required sales reports.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads.
