Qualifications

• Supervisory/managerial experience required
• Industry or aftermarket service exposure is preferred
• Strong customer service abilities required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with service software/tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all aspects of the construction equipment service department
• Create new business opportunities and maintain relationships with current customers
• Coordinate with other dealership departments to serve customer needs
• Ensure safety regulations are followed in the shop and work areas
• Monitor department revenue and expenses and report performance to leadership
