Job summary

Scott Equipment Company Llc in Arkansas is seeking a seasoned service department manager to lead all aspects of the construction equipment service operation.

You will drive new business growth, maintain strong customer relationships, and coordinate with parts, sales and shop teams while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires supervisory experience, knowledge of after-market service, and strong communication and computer skills to manage revenue and expenses effectively.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/managerial experience required
• Industry or aftermarket service exposure is preferred
• Strong customer service abilities required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with service software/tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all aspects of the construction equipment service department
• Create new business opportunities and maintain relationships with current customers
• Coordinate with other dealership departments to serve customer needs
• Ensure safety regulations are followed in the shop and work areas
• Monitor department revenue and expenses and report performance to leadership
