Job summary

Elder Construction is seeking a Shop and Equipment Coordinator to ensure smooth flow of materials, tools, and equipment to job sites, supporting productivity and cost efficiency. You will maintain an organized shop, coordinate mobilization, and manage preventative maintenance for company assets.

You will also support unplanned work, transport assets as needed, and uphold safety and professionalism across locations. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Must maintain insurability under the company’s auto policy as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mobilization/demobilization of materials and equipment to/from job sites.
• Arrange delivery of fuel, equipment, materials, and other resources.
• Manage timely removal, storage, and prep of tools and equipment.
