Job summary

Liberty is seeking a Sales Associate to support sales, rental, and procurement operations. You will create quotes and orders, coordinate equipment rentals and deliveries, and source materials from vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget project fulfillment.

The role requires strong organization, customer focus, and knowledge of construction equipment and procurement processes. You will work with project teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth equipment availability and delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of technical competency in warehouse management, planning, logistics, or related operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP or purchasing systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and process quotes, sales orders, rental orders, and purchase orders with accuracy.
• Coordinate short-term equipment rentals and deliveries to meet project requirements.
• Source equipment and materials from vendors and verify costs for budget compliance.
• Communicate delivery schedules and order status to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/purchasing systems and support inventory/rental management.
