Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 4+ years in construction, equipment logistics, or related field
• Advanced knowledge of construction tools, equipment, fleet vehicles, and maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate field/shop repairs
• Forklift/pallet jack operation with valid certification
• Strong verbal and written communication for cross-functional coordination
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with multiple priorities
• Familiar with safety practices in material handling and equipment operations
• Familiar with continuous improvement concepts and tools
• Hands-on work in warehouse/shop environments with lifting requirements
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel, databases, and ERP-based inventory systems

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day coordination of equipment operations, inventory, logistics, and dispatch to job sites
• Serve as liaison between First Equipment Company (FEC) and project teams to assess equipment needs and schedule deployment
• Perform equipment inspections and diagnostics; coordinate repairs to minimize downtime
• Track routine and preventive maintenance to meet manufacturer and company standards
• Maintain digital inventory systems and update ERP platforms for accuracy
• Provide information to vendors for servicing, rentals, or procurement as directed
• Support tool and equipment check-in/check-out processes and monitor high-use items
• Identify underutilized or outdated equipment for reallocation or decommissioning
• Mentor and train FEC staff in procedures, safety, and ERP use
• Help lead efforts to improve logistics workflows and equipment availability across projects
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in equipment yards, shops, and storage areas
• Ensure adherence to company safety standards and equipment handling protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned
