Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Market and sell cranes and construction equipment.
• Coordinate sales efforts by analyzing customer volume and potential.
• Contact prospects, quote business, close sales, and process orders to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide regular activity and results reports to management.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide administrative support such as proofreading and data entry.
• Submit recommendations on changes in products, services, policies, etc.
• Maintain customer contact records and sales history.
• Attend technical workshops to maintain knowledge.
• Market and provide sales support for outside rental and sales staff.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

ALL Crane Rental of Georgia has a career opportunity for an experienced Inside Sales Representative marketing, and selling our portfolio of construction related equipment. This is a full-time, exempt position with comprehensive benefits package in a casual office environment.

Essential Functions

• Marketing and sales of cranes and other construction related equipment
• Coordinating sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers
• Contact prospects/customers, quote business (Vehicles, Trucks, Trailers, Equipment), close sales, and process sales orders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicating with management by submitting activity and results reports on a regular basis.
• Respond to questions from customers via phone and email.

• Perform administrative support tasks such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, and operating calculators or computers to work with records, invoices, and other documents

• Submitting recommendations on changes in products, services, policies, etc., based on evaluation of current competitive developments.
• Providing great Customer Service by investigating customer complaints, developing solutions and making recommendations to management.
• Maintaining records on customer contacts and sales; providing historical reports.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending technical workshops, reviewing professional and industry-related publications, establishing personal networks, etc.
• Marketing and sales support for outside rental, and sales staff as it relates to our services
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Customer Service oriented; good communication skills; closing skills, prospecting, presentation and negotiation skills; self-confidence and motivation; product knowledge and ability to maintain client relationships.
• Tech savvy - Experience with Microsoft Office, Pivotal CRM and Apple products highly desired
• Crane, Aerial Lift, or Construction Equipment sales experience is a plus
