Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising crew, coordinating timecards, and ensuring high safety and quality standards on site. The position emphasizes coaching, performance management, and adherence to schedules and plans.

Qualifications

• Equipment certifications required.
• Minimum two years related experience.
• Valid driver's license with endorsements as required by law.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Ability to operate equipment by using levers, gears, pedals; basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently with listening and communication skills.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Duties may change without notice.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as blade, dozer, loader, scraper, forklift/telehandler, crane, bobcat/skid-steer, boom lifts/aerial lifts, and roller.
• Follow prescribed safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly worksite.
• Perform routine maintenance, observe equipment operation, and detect malfunctions.
• Follow work plans and pre-task cards; adjust work sequences to meet schedules.
• Assist in scheduling and estimating worker-hour requirements; analyze and resolve problems.
• Ensure crew timecards are filled out; supervise, coordinate, and direct work of operators.
• Build relationships with diverse backgrounds and levels; lead by example, provide coaching and feedback, and manage performance.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
