Mortenson is seeking an Operator Foreman to lead and operate heavy equipment per project plans and safety policies. You will direct operators, ensure compliance with state and federal requirements, and maintain job site discipline and efficiency.

The role requires coordinating work sequences, supervising crew timecards, and sustaining a productive work environment with a focus on safety and quality. Eligible candidates hold equipment certifications and a valid driver's license.

Formación

• Equipment certifications required.
• Minimum two years of related experience.
• Current driver's license with proper classification and endorsements as required by law.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Operate equipment listed (blade, dozer, loader, scraper, forklift/telehandler, crane, bobcat/skid-steer, boom lifts, aerial lifts, roller).
• Maintain safety and housekeeping.
• Perform routine maintenance and detect malfunctions.
• Follow work plans and adjust sequences to meet schedules.
• Assist scheduling and estimate worker-hours; address issues.
• Supervise and direct operator crew and timesheets.
