Job summary

CoVolt Power, a leading utility-scale EPC, designs and delivers solar, battery storage, and high-voltage infrastructure across North America. This role focuses on managing equipment budgets, coordinating scheduling with site teams, and supervising staff to optimize fleet utilization.

Ideal candidates will have 6–8 years in EPC equipment management, familiarity with Vista Viewpoint or similar ERP software, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive safe, efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years’ experience in equipment management with an EPC Contractor.
• Experience managing heavy equipment fleets in civil, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure.
• Understanding of OSHA and DOT regulations related to equipment operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment budget and cost tracking for project.
• Coordinate equipment scheduling to meet project timelines and operational needs.
• Oversee mobilization and demobilization of equipment to and from site.
• Maintain accurate fleet inventory records including ownership, location, hours, inspections, and maintenance history.
