Job summary

Bellin Health is seeking a Manager of Construction Engineering to steer construction and facilities projects supporting clinical, financial, and operational goals. You will oversee project teams and contractors, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, cost estimation, and bidding experience to direct design, planning, construction and alterations of healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, architecture, business, or related field.
• State license where applicable; Six Sigma, Lean, Project Management, LEED or related certifications preferred.
• 6–7 years of related experience; 5+ years supervisory/leadership; 2+ healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction and facilities projects aligned with clinical, financial, and operational goals.
• Provide direction to Project Management personnel, Architects, engineers, designers and Contractors.
• Manage budgets, timelines, bids, and contracts to ensure safety and on-time delivery.
