Job summary

D’ville Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager with healthcare specialization to oversee the lifecycle of building or renovating medical facilities.

This role requires balancing traditional construction management with healthcare regulations and infection prevention requirements. The position focuses on coordinating owners, architects, engineers, clinical staff, and subcontractors to ensure schedule, budget, and quality meet stringent healthcare

Qualifications

• Healthcare construction PM experience required.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, change orders, and pay applications.
• Knowledge of OSHPD/HCAI, ADA, life safety.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare construction projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, budget, schedule, quality, and compliance.
• Serve as primary liaison between owners, architects, engineers, clinical staff, hospital admins, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Lead or oversee OAC meetings and project documentation.
• Manage project budgets, estimating, change orders, pay apps; coordinate contract actions.
• Develop and maintain master schedules; negotiate schedule changes with clients and subs.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, NMAs, ACDs; track lead times and updates.
• Oversee PC, PE, and APM responsibilities; ensure field/office coordination.
• Review plans for constructability, code compliance, and complex MEP systems including medical gases.
• Lead estimating and preconstruction activities, site walks, takeoffs, subcontractor coordination.
• Manage projects from scope through design/build with architects/owners.
• Coordinate medical equipment procurement and installation.
• Ensure OSHPD/HCAI, ADA, ICRA, life safety compliance.
• Conduct site inspections addressing safety and infection-control issues.
