Job summary

Concord Hospital Health System seeks a Manager of Planning Design and Construction to manage Facilities PDC projects across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will oversee the projects team, coordinate design, estimation, budgeting, and construction management, while collaborating with clinicians, administrators, architects, and regulators to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires five plus years directing healthcare design/construction, BIM proficiency, knowledge of MEP

Qualifications

• Five+ years managing design/construction projects, preferably healthcare.
• Experience reviewing blueprints and BIM usage.
• Understanding MEP systems and local codes (ADA, NFPA).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain, and develop staff; supervise performance.
• Set and monitor annual department goals and staffing.
• Develop and improve core processes.
• Ensure customer relations and service initiatives.
