Job summary

Responsibilities

• Track, reconcile, prepare and submit construction draws and pre-development reimbursement invoices.
• Coordinate with construction staff and subcontractors to ensure budgets and progress billings are accurate.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile construction-in-progress accounts.
• Assist auditors and prepare project cost certifications.
• Attend project status meetings and maintain required schedules.
